Here are four quick and easy ways to detail your hot tub.

Get New Filters
Filters are the hardest working item of your tub. They provide good flow to the heater and circulation system to make sure the tub can get up to temperature and make sure to capture all the “stuff” we leave behind in the water while soaking. Make sure you are giving your filters a good cleaning every month with filter cleaner. Filters really should be replaced every 2-3 years regardless of use.
Clean and Condition Your Pillows
It’s important to remove your hot tub pillows and clean behind them. It’s a secret place dirt can build up that a lot of folks ignore. Clean them with soap and water and rinse thoroughly. Give them a quick treatment of 303 Protectant to keep them supple.
Clean Your Cover
Your cover can easily get mildew building up along the seams and near the zipper for both the halves of the cover. Clean the inside of your cover with soap and water once you’re done and let air dry before putting back on the tub. The exterior of your cover should also be cleaned with soap and water and rinsed thoroughly. Use 303 Protectant on the exterior to add some UV protection.
