“The 7000 square foot showroom is located on Main Street right in downtown Rochester, a particularly beautiful and centrally located part of town,” said Roy Farmer, President of Allstate Home Leisure. With many local shops and restaurants nearby, it is the perfect place to showcase the vast assortment of leisure living products the company has to offer.”
Although this is a new location for Allstate, the building was home to Causal Concepts, a local quality custom furniture dealer for almost 30 years. Allstate has decided to carry on that tradition by offering indoor custom dining room furniture to compliment the already wide assortment of outdoor patio furniture showcased in the store.
“Investing in a hot tub, patio set, pool table or gas grill is not something that people do very often,” commented Farmer. “Smart shoppers are looking for the best quality, price and convenience when shopping near where they live. That’s why when the opportunity came up to locate to Rochester; we knew it would meet all the criteria that local residents were looking for.”
